1. Public Hearing- A special permit amendment application of Mill Town Capital for a previously approved project under Section 4.323 (Tyler Street Overlay District) of the Zoning Ordinance. The applicant wishes to amend a special permit for property located at what was 730 and 748 Tyler Street and 37 Forest Place (assessor map I10-6-9, I10-6-14, and I10-6-101), while removing 43 and 47 Forest Place (assessor map I10-6--11 and I10-6-102), as neither were meant to be included in the original application
2. Site Plan Review- An application from Williams College seeking site plan approval under Section 7.728 (Educational Uses) related to the redevelopment of the Williams College Boathouse located at 5 Onota Lane/431 Pecks Road. The applicant proposes to enlarge the overall footprint of the property through the acquisition of property fronting on Pecks Road, construction of a new boathouse and overall site improvements. The property can be further identified as assessor map F13-12-16, F14-12-21, and F13-12-28
