Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, s. 21(a)(3), to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the United Educators of Pittsfield (UEP) teachers’ bargaining unit and the Pittsfield Federation of School Employees, Local 1315, American Federation of Teachers (AFT) AFT Massachusetts, AFLCIO, Custodial Bargaining Units, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the public body and the chair so declares. That the School Committee go into Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c.30A, s.21(a)(2), to discuss strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with non-bargaining personnel. Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c.30A, s.21(a)(7) to comply with or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant in-aid requirements (vote on Executive Session minutes from the meeting held on September 8, 2022 and September 14, 2022).
